Mat Pilates combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, focusing on core engagement, balance, muscle definition, and breath awareness. You’ll experience a series of controlled movements designed to enhance your posture, build endurance, and promote a strong, lean physique. Please bring a mat and water!

INSTRUCTOR: Katie Berndt is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, a 200-hour certified mat Pilates instructor and dance/barre fitness instructor.
