We Believe…
If faith communities are equipped to create healthy spaces for discussing and addressing mental health issues then mental health will be destigmatized and people in churches and surrounding communities will have access to resources and care for their journey to health and individuals, families, and communities will be transformed into fuller versions of who God made them to be while incidents of depressions, anxiety, self-harm, addition, suicide, and domestic violence will decline.
What we do:
- We equip faith communities to establish cultures of strong mental health and well-being.
- We connect churches to local mental health and well-being resources. Resources include foundational training, early intervention training, and warm hand-off to professionals.
- We care for the faith leaders of the church, equipping them personally with skills and knowledge to care for themselves before caring for others.
